Appearance: Caelestis is a she-wolf that is a little on the smaller side. She stands approximately half a head shorter than the average arctic wolf. Her pelt is a plain stark white with no other trace of coloration, this causes her intense aqua green eyes to stand out. Caelestis, or Cally as she can be called, has shimmering outer fur (when it's clean) that is stiff to the touch. Her undercoat, when grown out for the cold seasons, is dense and does well its job of keeping the cold away from her skin. Those shiny guard hairs she sports are stiff enough to keep from bending over easily, giving her a spiky appearance around her neck, chest, and tail in particular. Cally's ears are small to help conserve heat and her paws large and wide which would have helped keep her on top of the snow fairly effectively in the arctic lands of her grandparents. This petite sized she-wolf does not have strength to favor her, and so relies on speed and maneuverability if she ends up in a fight. Caelestis' general facial expression when at ease is a plain but soft featured visage with gentle eyes and when she smiles she smiles wide. Cally has very expressionable eyes and so she cannot hide her feelings very well, making her a terrible liar and deciever.
Personality: Cally, though on the smaller side, is a stronger willed female. She does not easily back down from a confrontation, though she'd rather not get into a physical fight, and she's not afraid to speak her mind. However, she knows when something is none of her business and she won't speak without knowing what's going on first. Caelestis is a caring she wolf, finding it hard to resist helping someone who is injured, sick, starving, or weak. Unless, of course, it is a recognized enemy. In that case, they can kiss her dust for she will pass them by without a second glance. Puppies aside, that is. Her maternal instincts would never allow Caelestis to reject a needy pup.
Cally has no problem showing respect where it's due and giving her utmost loyalty to her packmates. She does not tolerate insolence, needless bullying, or undeserved arrogance well and so can act cold or snippy towards those with such traits.
History: Caelestis was born to two arctic wolves that were born on the island. One of which whose own parents had been transported to the island and the other which whose great grandparents had been brought. Her parents had grown up in a small pack made up of these mentioned arctic wolves, who had gathered together for familiarity after their relocation, and had come to be together due to this. Cally was born in and grew up in the pack with only one other sibling, a brother whom had moved off on his own around the same time that Caelestis had. She had a normal puphood, playing with her brother and learning from her small family pack until she reached a year old. Her brother left the pack a couple of months before she herself left to find some fresh air, so to speak, and start her own unique life's adventure. Now she wanders as a lone wolf, a little on the underweight side, inspecting the resident packs as she tries to pick out which to attempt to join.</sup>
