Feel free to go ahead and start roleplaying before your character is accepted, just be aware that you may have to change your bio if it doesn't follow the rules.

Breed:: Arctic wolf, Gray Wolf, Mexican Wolf, etc. If you're not sure and you do have a picture, you can PM me and I'll probably be able to guess what type of wolf it is. Otherwise, unless your wolf is pure white, chances are its a Gray wolf. Getting the breed right isn't a big deal though, lol.
Pack: If your character is a loner, just put 'loner' here. You can come back and change it when/if your wolf joins a pack.

Appearance: Try to be descriptive. Include things like eye color, fur color, fur type (long, short, thin, thick, coarse, soft), and body type (thin, muscular, tall, short).
Personality: Every character needs a personality. Its understandable if you're not quite sure and need to develop your character through roleplay first (you can always add more later :3), but try and put something here. Like what are your character's likes and dislikes? How do they react to strangers? Are they outgoing or introverted? Patient or easily irritated? Optimistic or pessimistic? Etc...

History: Optional. But if major events happen to your character after you've started roleplaying them here, it'd be a good idea to come back and add them. List form is fine.
